ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Marsh says “Before we were born, all our attributes were set into the pattern of our character. All our potential skills and qualities were there in that cluster of unique cells, which make us what we are, or could be. We are made up of many facets, which grow and develop at different times of our life. Like a flower, we start with nurturing, food, warmth, and shelter, until we gradually unfold and come into full bloom before fading and dying. This is the cycle of life.”
Following many varied years of industrial experience at the sharp end of banking, direct and retail sales management, Marsh moved into Further Education as a Learning and Development Consultant in the field of work-based learning.
Managing, delivering, assessing and verifying both full cost and intensive, integrated Government funded programmes/apprenticeships, in the work place in the business areas of Management, Business Administration, Customer Service and Information and Communication Technology eventually led to her work as an External Verifier, Key Skills Standards Moderator and Inspector for the awarding body OCR.
In order to meet increasing family responsibilities, Marsh ‘retired’ to concentrate - initially - on award-winning biographic travel writing. However, with a burning need to share her skills and passionate belief that everyone should have the opportunity and access to grow and develop to release and realise their potential in life, she developed a series of illustrated light-hearted and user-friendly workbooks for career, employability and life development - the Lifelong learning: Personal Effectiveness Guides. These are published independently through Christal Publishing in both print and eBook formats to meet readers personal preferences.
